# Cancelar tu membresía

## ¿Cómo cancelar tu membresía de 3Pod?

Para cancelar tu membresía en 3Pod, es importante seguir los siguientes pasos con precisión:

1.- Ingresa a tu cuenta de 3Pod y haz clic en el ícono del muñequito en la esquina superior derecha.

2.- Selecciona “Perfil y Preferencias” en el menú desplegable.

3.- Haz clic en “Planes Activos”.

4.- Luego, selecciona el icono de la papelera para iniciar el proceso de cancelación de tu membresía.

Es fundamental tener en cuenta que debes realizar este proceso de cancelación con al menos 3 días hábiles de antelación a la fecha de renovación de tu membresía, para evitar renovaciones automáticas. Esta información está detallada en Término de servicios 3Pod, en los puntos 8 y 9, bajo el apartado de “**Cancelación de suscripción**”.
